Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Because each piece is handmade, some items may require additional preparation time. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We offer weight-based shipping rates at checkout:

Estimated Delivery Times
- Economy: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Fragile Items & Packaging All pottery is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Local Pickup Prefer to pick up your order? We offer local pickup at our locations in San Diego, CA (9172 Regents Rd, Apt D and Timshel). Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
